Stockholm Calling

Céline bag + sunglasses

This weekend has mostly consisted of packing, packing and more packing. Because… We’re moving back to Sweden on Wednesday!! Although New York will always have a special place in my heart, I am beyond excited to move back to Stockholm and be closer to my family & friends again.

We’ve lived in NY for almost 2,5 years now and during this time I have amassed a LOT of clothes, shoes & bags that I sadly can’t bring back due to limited (zero) space in my suitcases. So, my Tictail store is now packed with lots of awesome pieces that need new homes. Tomorrow is the last day to shop before I close down the store so please help a girl out!

  1. I just can’t tell how I am in love with this simple, gorgeous and so stunning outfit! Black always wins!
I am dreaming of moving to NY one day in my life, it’s just interesting why you decided to change your place of living? If it’s not a secret of course))

  2. You look stunning in this elegant and very minimalistic outfit! Good luck with the move back to Sweden. I know how much you can miss your old country, esp. if almost all of your family and friends live there.

  4. I like the pants and blazer on you… if only pants make it look casual but the blazer made it looks professional. All the best in moving process.

  6. A very elegant and demure look to the outfit added to the touch is a splash of colour which drawn all eyes to it. A classic timeless look. :)

  9. Carolina,
You look wonderful, as always! So simple, yet so chic! Like a genuine New Yorker. Keeping my fingers crossed for your moving, hope everything will go smoothly without any unpleasant surprises!

    Hugs and kisses

    Weronika Dali,

  10. Hi Carolina,
I recently found your blog and I have to tell you it was a love at first sight. I flipped through all the pages in one sitting, trying to absorb everything in it. I event went ahead and ordered the Saint James sailor’s hat online and waiting anxiously for its arrival. Can’t wait to style it :D
On a different note, a sudden thought crossed my mind and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. I’m going to Stockholm in July 10 and wanted to see if you would be up for a collaboration. Last May, I launched my brand of handcrafted leather bags. My father is the artisan and I pitch in on the design side. Also, I’, learning to manage branding and marketing for my brand as well. It would be a great, great honor if you could share some of your experience and would be open for a collaboration.
    Hope to hear from you.
