STUPID SNOW. We’ve had some pretty mild, snow free days here in NY and I’ve enjoyed every single one of them (my ankles weren’t even a tad bit cold when we shot these pictures the other day!). I had just started getting my hopes up that winter would magically take a rain check and re-appear next year, but sadly that does not appear to be the case. When I opened up my blinds this morning, the damn snow was pouring down. Crap! Yes, it makes the city look really pretty, but it ruins all the fun (when I show you guys my latest purchase, you will understand my frustration..)
P.S. Will be uploading some new things on my sale shop today as my new purchase left a gigantic hole in my wallet, stay tuned!

PUT A BELT ON IT. I got the inspiration for this little DIY after seeing how Vintagepiken stores her magazines and thought I had to share it with you guys since it’s probably the easiest DIY of all times. I have tons of fashion & interior design magazines laying around my apartment and this is such a neat way of organizing/displaying them. All you need are two belts to strap around your magazines, and voila, done. I got my belts at H&M, but if you already have some at home, they’ll work just as good!

SPRING FEELINGS. Obsessed with these pictures of Daria from the february issue of Harper’s Bazaar US. The all white looks feel so refreshing after a winter filled with black, black, black (although I definitely wouldn’t mind that oversized, black leather jacket in the second picture, come to mama!). Will definitely be saving these pictures as inspiration for when the weather finally starts heating up!

THURSDAY. I was so bummed when I missed out on the Céline inspired, limited edition skateboards that Jayne from Stop it right now created back in 2011 and have been on the hunt for one since. Luckily enough, a few of the decks popped up on her shop again just before Christmas, and it took me about 2 seconds to whip out my credit card and order one. It truly is a work of art and I love the pop of color it brings to my mostly black/white home!
