…But only for a day or two. On thursday night, I’m off to Milan! The shopping in Miami was a little so-so, but I managed to find some nice stuff – Underwear from Victorias Secret, Candy, A chanel no. 5 ad from the 70s, a beautiful vintage cross and the obligatory tourist t-shirt! Now, I’ll have to unpack all the nice summery clothes I brought to Miami to make room for warmer stuff.
And by the way, I’d love to hear your best Milan shopping tips!

You have to go to MONTENAPOLEONE, SAN BABILA, PIAZZA DUOMO, VIA TORINO, PORTA TICINESE, MOSCOVA, CORSO BUENOS AIRES(for good shopping).

You have to ask for the 10 Corso Como outlet. It’s not very far away from the original shop, the same metro stop but on opposite sides. It’s just in front of a NH Hotel in Via Enrico Tazzoli. It’s on the corner and it looks as if it were a garage, so don’t be fooled by that, just go inside!I don’t remember if it opens everyday, but for sure it’s open on fridays.

Milan is great for shopping! Porta Ticinese has nice vintage shops and Bershka is lovely too…Kiko is a cheap and cool make up store…Terranova is very very cheap and popular but sometimes you find nice things . For splurges go to La Rinascente (it’s amaaazing) and you have to go to some “aperitivo” (place you go after work to eat, drink and have fun …) here in brazil, we call “happy hour” haha

Don’t miss Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II, it’s gorgeous, and inevitable if you go to Duomo(you definitely should). Actually, take the subway to the Duomo stop, see The Duomo Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II, then walk through the street towards San Babila. La Rinascente is also located at the beginning of this street, along with many other shops. And don’t come back without eating gelato! Milan ice cream, especially fruity ones are like no other!
Also keep in mind around between 02:00 pm-08:00 pm most restaurants are closed(nice ones anyway). You can always find bad tourist food or fast food though.
I love Victorias Secret. Were the undies you bought expensive? I wish they would give out more coupons!
