Sorry for the radio silence guys! I’m honestly starting to believe there’s a curse on fashion week because every season I get sick on the last day. The past couple of days have been all about recovering and now I feel like I’m slowly coming back to life from this post FW coma.

Being a very clumsy person I rarely go for an all white look but for the second day of nyfw I made an exception, and it ended up being one of my favorites from last week. The shirt dress actually consists of two pieces, one actual shirt dress and a white shirt tied around the waist, kind of like a very minimalist take on grunge!

LOVE. Say hi to the perfect transitional piece, the Odessa coat from Rodebjer! A friend of mine who already owns this coat in five (!) colors warned me that it’s highly addictive, and I can totally see why. It’s a perfect mix between a classic trench and a military coat, both feminine and masculine at the same time. Love the epaulettes + the high neck!

B/W. New York has been unusually gray today and I’m loving every second of it. To me, fall couldn’t come sooner and every day below 25 degrees celsius is a blessing. Now if only we could fast forward to October/November when it’s time to whip out those dreamy fall coats and chunky knits.

Speaking of wishful thinking. I’ve been wanting a cartilage piercing for quite some time but for some reason I’ve never managed to muster the courage to book a time at the piercing studio. But during a trip to Sweden earlier this year, I picked up this faux ear cuff and we’ve been best friends ever since. It simply slips on the ear, and boom, I’m one of the cool kids!
