LOVE. After traveling for 15 hours straight, I’m back on swedish grounds again! I’m leaving for Milan on monday morning and have tons of clothes to wash + pack until then. Just wanted to do a quick post of the 50′s inspired hair + makeup look that the insanely talented hair/makeup artist Lavoisier did on me for the shoot I did last tuesday. Oh how I wish I could look like this everyday, but alas, I’m too lazy to curl my hair and put on fake lashes every morning
One thing I’m definitely going to steal from this look though is the amazing lipstick called ‘Lady Danger’ from Mac. Probably the most perfect shade of bright red I’ve tried so far! I’ll post more backstage pictures tomorrow, now I’m going to get myself some well needed sleep!
BACKSTAGE. Did a photo shoot for a swedish magazine today, love love love the big hair + natural makeup! Can’t wait to show you guys the final pictures in a couple of weeks!
MURUA. One of the most fun parts about working with MURUA was that I got the amazing opportunity to co-design a pair of pants together with the designer Momoko! My love for the 70′s evolved into a pair of dreamy, wide-legged flower power pants in a super delicate, sheer fabric that kind of floats when you walk, if that makes any sense. To see these pants that I’ve followed from when they were nothing but an idea and a sketch on a paper last year, now appearing in magazines like JJ & Nylon Japan is surreal and beyond my imagination. I am so grateful to have been part of such a fun collaboration, working with the people at MURUA has truly been one of the most amazing experiences in my life!
